FragStop Fragrances delivers across South Africa using trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.
Shipping Costs
We offer simple, transparent shipping rates:
- Flat rate shipping: R120 nationwide
- Free shipping: Orders over R1,500
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
- Order cut-off time: 15:00 (South Africa Standard Time)
- Orders placed before 15:00 are usually processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the next business day.
Processing time typically takes 0–1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
1–7 business days depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery time:
1–8 business days (processing + transit time).
Typical delivery estimates:
- Major cities: 1–3 business days
- Regional areas: 2–5 business days
- Remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as holidays or promotional sales.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

FragStop Fragrances cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a courier cannot deliver your package:
- The courier may attempt delivery again, or
- The package may be returned to the courier depot.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be re-shipped.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
